Our Returns Promise

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. This exceeds the minimum 14-day statutory right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@shopshpry.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
