Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 7–14 business days. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods.
Do you ship to the UK and internationally?
Yes — we ship across the UK and to many international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery windows are shown at checkout based on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven't received one within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
If your order is past the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team with your order number and we'll investigate right away.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number.
How long do refunds take?
Once we've received and inspected the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what happens?
We sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is it safe to shop on Shpry?
Yes. Our store is secured with SSL encryption and all payments are processed through Shopify’s certified payment system. We never store your card details.
